Terms of sale

Good People is a registered brand selling directly the products on their website www.goodpeople.fr, these transactions are linked to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE

1.1 - All prices are mentioned in Euros, taxes included except shipping cost.

1.2 - Shipment to foreign countries can be subject to customs taxes. Good People is not responsible for the custom declaration issues and taxes. Customers must be aware of the rules applied in their country.

1.3 - All orders must be paid in Euro currency.

1.4 – Good People can apply a new price list at any moment. Price will apply considering the date and time of order.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

For the first order, the user has to create his personal account online including personal information for invoicing and shipping.

A contract is concluded at the moment Good People receive the order confirmation. The user is required to read the Terms and Conditions of Use before ordering.

By forwarding your order online you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.

ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION

Data collected by Good People during order validation are proof of transaction between Good People and the user. Payment data are exclusively linked to the transaction and don't involve the collection of personal information.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address mentioned during the order process. We do our best to deliver your product within 10 days. If we encounter some difficulties to deliver, we will keep you informed.

Good People is using french postal services to deliver worldwide. Packages are all registered with a tracking number.

The tracking number and link will be provided on the day of shipping.

Delivery fees are not included in the shown price. They are calculated during the checkout process considering your delivery address.

Customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, Good People will not support any additional taxes.

If the product is lost or damaged, the buyer has to declare the loss/damage to the forwarder without any delay.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

All orders are in Euros currency and include all taxes except customs.

Good People accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS payment methods. Online payments are encrypted and secured by our bank.

Additional information can be requested to secure the payment.

ARTICLE 6 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Good People will never share your information with a third. These are strictly confidential and will only be used internally for processing orders and communication.

According to the law. All users can request modification and delete of personal information at any moment by writing to : hello@goodpeople.fr

Reply will arrive within 4 days.

ARTICLE 7 - REFUND / CANCELLATION

Good People is providing high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with the product, we can exchange or pay back the product if returned within 7 days from the reception date.

EU customers: Return labels will be provided upon request through our contact form.
Outside EU customers: Returns are to the customer's expenses.

Damaged products will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

Unidentifiable packages will be refused and returned to the sender.

Products on sale or promotion will neither be exchanged nor reimbursed.

ARTICLE 8 - SECURITISATION

Our website is secured by SSL technology.

All banking transactions are directly supported on our bank-secured website (CIC)

ARTICLE 9 - APPLYING LAW

Actual Terms are linked to french law. Litigation will be solved according to the french courts.
